Take-it-Down
If you have online nude pictures of yourself when you were under age 18, the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children offers ‘Take-it-Down’ to help you get those images removed.
You don’t have to share any personal information at all with ‘Take-it-Down’ for them to create a hash for your images or videos.
You don’t have to live in the USA to use this; it works anywhere in the world where you are nude, partly nude, or in sexually explicit images, or that you may have shared such images.
Several companies participate. Note, that the ‘image and video hashing technology used for this service will not work on encrypted platforms or surfaces.”
It is illegal to share nude, partially nude, or sexually explicit images or videos taken of someone who was under 18 years old. “it could be considered child sexual abuse material or child pornography in some jurisdictions.”
If you no longer have the image on your device(s) make a report at cybertipline.org. or call 1-800-THE-LOST. Do not have anyone resend them to you. All submissions through the Take-It-Down website should be made on the device (cell, computer, tablet) where the images and videos were originally taken.
Even if you know your image has been shared, still use Take-it-Down to limit the distribution of the images. You can also make a report to CyberTipline to help you get images down or for “additional services and support.”
You are not alone as you deal with this situation. Here is a site that can also help:
