Donald Hilton, MD
Neurosurgeon & Author
"He Restoreth My Soul"
Dr. Hilton is a neurosurgeon practicing in San Antonio. His research and publishing interests have included traumatic brain injury, minimally invasive surgery, and neural mechanisms of addiction.
He has authored peer-reviewed journal articles, book chapters, and the book "He Restoreth My Soul" on addiction and the effects of pornography on the brain.
He also serves on the board of directors of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, and has served on the board for the Society for the Advancement of Sexual Health. Dr. Hilton has spoken at numerous symposiums and forums on pornography as a public health issue in the United States and internationally, including a symposium in Warsaw, Poland in the Parliament building, at a Vatican conference at the Gregorian Pontifical University convened by Pope Francis in 2017, and at a Set Free Summit in Singapore in March of 2019. He has also been featured in several documentaries on pornography. He and his wife Jana have 5 children and 6 grandchildren.
Dawn Hawkins is a passionate abolitionist and defender of human rights who has dedicated her life to fighting against societal harms that threaten the dignity of others. Her energy, creativity and mobilization skills have revived the anti-pornography movement and her intentional emphasis on the intersectionality of forms of sexual exploitation has proven a unique and effective strategy for curbing them.
As Sr. Vice President and Executive Director of the National Center on Sexual Exploitation (NCOSE), Mrs. Hawkins has developed a global strategy uniting more than 300 women’s rights, conservative, child advocacy, medical professionals, law enforcement, and religious groups, including a bipartisan political leadership, to work together in raising awareness of the connections between all forms of sexual exploitation. Her initiatives have lead to sweeping policy changes of policies that foster exploitation for targets such as Google, Hilton Worldwide, Comcast, Walmart, and the Department of Defense. Through her leadership, NCOSE has grown a network reaching hundreds of thousands of people all over the world. Mrs. Hawkins has appeared on many local and national television programs, including Fox & Friends, CNN and Good Morning America. She regularly authors articles and speaks around the country addressing the public health harms of pornography, curbing demand for sex trafficking, protecting children and families in our digital world, and more.
Dawn regularly volunteers for organizations devoted to helping children and refugees. She is a graduate of Tufts University and currently resides with her husband and three children in Virginia.

Dr. Adams is a Harvard-trained, licensed and board-certified clinical psychologist who provides continuing and comprehensive mental and behavioral care for children, adolescents, and adults of all ages.
As one of only three board-certified child and adolescent psychologists in the state of Idaho, he is uniquely qualified to provide comprehensive psychological care to a pediatric population. He also has extensive experience working with couples, families, and military veterans. He specializes in the treatment of anxiety and depressive disorders, Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and grief and addictions. He also works with patients on relationship matters to include intimacy and relationship enhancement, as well as anyone who wants to take positive steps to improve their overall health.
Dr. Adams was born and raised in Shelley, Idaho, and spent 20 years of his professional career admirably working as an active duty clinical psychologist in the United States Air Force, helping military members and their families. He is an accepting and caring person who wants to help individuals and families. He knows change can be difficult but feels privileged to witness and support those who want to improve their lives.
He earned his Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from Brigham Young University. He was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy in Counseling Psychology from Indiana State University and completed his clinical residency at the Wright-Patterson Air Force Medical Center. He completed a pediatric psychology fellowship at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
When Dr. Adams is not practicing psychology, he enjoys spending time with his family, hiking and backpacking in our beautiful mountains, fishing, running, traveling, and being a sports enthusiast. He loves eastern Idaho and is grateful to be back home.
Clay Olsen is a creative and passionate filmmaker, producer, marketer, public speaker, author, and social entrepreneur. Early on in his career he co-founded two film companies, an interior design firm, and a successful creative agency. In 2010 he left those companies to co-founded Fight The New Drug, a youth movement dedicated to raising awareness on the harmful effects of pornography and other forms of sexual exploitation through science, facts, and personal accounts. Since then they’ve been featured on ABC Nightline, ABC News, TIME Magazine, The New York Times, NPR, CBS, CNN, Al Jazeera, USA Today, the Blaze, The Daily Dot, the Dr. Drew Show, and more. Clay has personally presented at hundreds of secondary schools, universities, and event centers and spoken to hundreds of thousands all over the country. He’s spoken at the United Nations, the World Congress of Families, the Set Free Global Summit, the annual End Sexual Exploitation Summit, and many more.
In February of 2013, he founded and lead the development of an online addiction recovery program called Fortify, to help individuals overcome their struggle with compulsive sexual behaviors. Fortify has already impacted over 60,000 users in over 150 countries around the world.
In 2015, he was invited to join Top Youth Speakers, an elite national speakers association dedicated to providing top tier talent to audiences around the country. In 2016, he was awarded the Visionary Leadership Award by the National Center on Sexual Exploitation at their annual summit in Houston TX.
Clay sits on the Board of Directors for a number of different non-profit and start-up organizations and finds a lot of fulfillment in advising entrepreneurs in their efforts to make a dent in the world.
Mervyn B. Arnold
General Authority Emeritus,
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
Elder Mervyn B. Arnold was sustained as a General Authority Seventy of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on April 5, 2003. He was released October 6, 2018. He previously served as Area President of the South America South Area in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has also served as Assistant Executive Director in the Church's Temple and Missionary Departments, a member of the Boundary and Leadership Change Committee, the President of the Brazil South Area, and a counselor in the Brazil North and Brazil South Areas.
Before his call as a General Authority, Elder Arnold earned a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s degree in public administration from Brigham Young University. He founded and co-owned a building and development company. Later he expanded and was a co-founder of Guardian State Bank. After he retired, he became director of training and field services in the Missionary Department of the Church, where he was working when called as a General Authority.
Elder Arnold has served in a number of Church callings, including full-time missionary in the Northern Mexico Mission, president of the Costa Rica San José Mission, counselor in a stake presidency, stake high councilor, bishop, and elders quorum president.
Mervyn Bennion Arnold was born in Salt Lake City, Utah, on July 19, 1948. He married Devonna Kress Arnold in August 1971. They are the parents of six children. He is currently studying to earn his PhD in Psychology in order to better help those fighting pornography.
Craig Cobia, Ph.D.

Citizens For Decency
Craig Cobia is a co-founder of and volunteer for the non-profit organization Citizens for Decency (CFD). He has worked at a local credit union for 23 years and currently serves as Director of Public Relations/Member Education.
He has been instrumental in helping pass two bills and two resolutions in the Idaho Legislature which help protect children from pornography. Craig has spoken at national conferences sponsored by the National Center on Sexual Exploitation, and has attended two congressional briefings regarding fighting the harms of pornography. He was highlighted by www.christianpost.com as one of seven notable people fighting pornography across the nation.
CFD has hosted five conferences and has been invited to be involved in national groups in Washington DC. Notably, CFD has published a well-received 22 page research article comparing the harms of pornography to tobacco use. Craig travels yearly to Boise and often to Washington DC to encourage elected officials to support family values.

Jenny Oaks Baker
America's Violinist
Jenny Oaks Baker is a Grammy Nominated, Billboard No. 1 performer and recording artist. She received her Master of Music degree from the renowned Juilliard School in New York City and her Bachelor’s Degree in violin performance from the Curtis Institute of Music in Philadelphia.
She has performed as a soloist at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, Strathmore Hall, the Library of Congress and as a guest soloist with the National Symphony, Jerusalem Symphony, Pittsburgh Symphony, Utah Symphony, and the internationally acclaimed Tabernacle Choir on Temple Square. Over the years Jenny has collaborated with such luminaries as Gladys Knight, Marvin Hamlisch, and the former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice.
Jenny has released fourteen studio albums since 1998. They have sold nearly a million copies and consistently chart on Billboard. Jenny’s emotionally stirring music has also been featured on the soundtracks of many films and music from her Grammy Nominated Album, Wish Upon a Star is featured at Disney’s Magic Kingdom and Disneyland to introduce their nightly fireworks shows. A favorite with audiences around the United States, they have performed in Abravanel Hall in SLC, Stevens Performing Arts Center and the BYUI Center in Idaho, on the Hour of Power TV Show broadcast worldwide from California, for Ambassador's Wives at the Congressional Club in Washington DC, for the Washington DC Temple Festival of Lights, for the World Congress of Families IX and at First Night On Temple Square. They have also performed the National Anthem for the Days of Forty-Seven Rodeo and Utah Jazz Basketball Games at the Vivint Smart Home Arena and for BYU Women’s Conference at the Marriott Center. Laura is 18 and plays the violin and percussion. Hannah is 16, plays the piano and studies with Dr Irene Fox. Sarah is 14, plays the cello and studies with Dr Alison Wells. Matthew is 12, plays the classical guitar and studies classical guitar with Austen Weyand. Jenny and her children have been performing together as a family since each child started playing their instruments when they were three or four years old. Their father, Matt Baker is very musical, and enjoys being a DJ when he is not working as a Sales Executive. He also helps with all the necessary sound equipment for the Baker Family, pays for lessons and is incredibly supportive of his artistic wife and children.
